I don&#039;t know whether these are sold in response to consumer demand (to reduce consumers&#039; water bills), or due to regulations (doubt it, as one can buy single-flush toilets as well), but these &quot;dual flush&quot; toilets work just fine. And they are not complicated to use: the small button for #1, the big button for #2.]]></description>
