Well, recycling is environmentally friendly.

Last time I checked the dept. of transportation are state employees. NOT PRIVATE SECTOR JOBS!! Obama’s State of Confusion speeches are nauseating. Campaigning on ‘class hatred’ and demonizing success is total crap.
