The entire plan is a hopeless mess. Secretary Sebelius has had to give all sorts of waivers just to get this far. The administration is trying now to weasel out the multiple court cases involving the religion clause of the First Amendment. Whether any of the complainants will back out now is a question. Doesn't sound like it because for them it is a matter of principle, although administration sycophants are immediately sure that everyone will cave, since they have little understanding of principle. Do remember that no one in Congress or the administration is affected. They seem to be the only ones who actually get to "keep their insurance if they like it" as Obama promised. But his promises mean nothing, as people are beginning to recognize.

Many people still think that ObamaCare is free healthcare, but that is beginning to change. Doctors I know: One has gone to Africa to practice there, and another I know may join him before too long (he spends vacations there). One has established a practice outside of insured medicine and is building a huge practice. Another opted out of insured medicine, bought a big motor home and outfitted it as an office. I know of several who have "concierge" practices no insurance and cheaper because of that—you pay a yearly fee to have their service. Some doctors are talking about unionizing, though I don't know of any who have done that. The White House assumed that everyone would just fall in line. But Americans find ways to challenge the system. The people hate ObamaCare, and they don't even know the half of it yet.
