We have quite a few agencies, departments and offices that should be abolished, and Congress should make the necessary regulations, not unaccountable agencies. A tremendous amount of our problems derive from Congress passing on to others the tasks they should be doing. But I agree completely.

That is the pervue of the US Congress. The problem with these agencies, they do not what they are talking about and they use voodoo science to achieve results that they want from their so-called research. There is absolutely no reason for not using coal and every reason to abort windmills. Global Change is a natural event and not man made.
