Especially for those folks who watched the State of the Union and shrieked back at the TV: “That’s NOT True.” You could call it’ putting things in a more favorable light’, you could call it ‘sheer demagoguery.’ but the good folks at the CATO Institute weren’t inclined to let the president get away with it.
