Something wicked this way comes!
The Witches of Eastwick is a devilishly funny, and highly overlooked dark comedy starring Jack Nicholson as the mysterious Daryl Van Horne and Cher, Michelle Pfieffer and Susan Sarandon as the three lonely divorcees that unwittingly summon him to picturesque Eastwick while conjuring their ideal man.
The film is a stylish and sexy supernatural battle of the sexes and delivers some truly memorable laughs. The performances are solid all around, and Jack Nicholson is at his mischievous best, but Veronica Cartwright simply steals the show in a hilarious supporting performance that is not to be missed.
Rated R for strong language and sexual themes. The trailer is a poor recording, so I include a short scene from the movie as well:
