Has Maliki ended the Insurgency?? by American Elephant

Bush, Maliki and American Troops

One day after the Democrat leadership and liberal media unanimously decried Maliki’s incompetence, and decried President Bush for calling him, “a good man,” the Italian news service, AKI, has reported that the leader of Iraq’s largest Baathist insurgency has thrown in the towel and agreed to cooperate with the Iraqi government and American forces

Captain Ed has the story:

This could be game, set, and match for the Iraq War. Some smaller insurgent elements assisted in clearing Baqubah as a test to see whether an alliance with Americans would work. Apparently, the experiment worked. If al-Douri accepts the authority of the elected Iraqi government, then almost all of the resistance in western Iraq will disappear — leaving AQI very exposed.

Captain Ed has the story he made up. Notice how none of his assertions, or yours, are linked to anything? It’s because you’ve made it up. Don’t feel bad, I mean, that’s what conservatives do. Just look at Fox.

You don’t ever read any actual news, do you?

Actually, BOTH we AND Captains Quarters linked to the original article by the Italian news service–their equivalent of the associated press.

But since youre too eager to lose to bother clicking on links, let alone read anythingn that tells you otherwise, here it is again.

Its ok, i dont really expect you to catch these things the first time through, I know reading isnt really your forte.
