Oh well duh, what he is saying is that Jackalopes will no longer be covered under the protected species act, except when in conformance with regulations of 1982 sections 3b and 9a, also known as assisting mashed potato sculpting hippies on there way to the Alien landing field also known as Devils Tower. Of course, according to the 1924 provisions section 6 which was never specifically revoked by subsequent actions, this is all moot. Sign here please!
