When you watch a true craftsman at work, it’s like seeing a gifted musician or dancer in action. Not only is the skill seen, but there is a certain beauty that comes with the rhythm that develops from experience at their craft.

What’s also an art is mixing the concrete in the first place — not as easy as it looks! The guy wouldn’t be able to apply it and get it to stick “just right” if the concrete itself hadn’t been properly prepared.
