What Have You Done For The Climate Today? by The Elephant's Child

Have you noticed the extent to which the celebrities, or the culturally aware, are attempting to demonstrate just how much they care about climate doom? Nearly every day some notable whom you have never heard of, announces just how they are delaying climate doom, by, for example, not buying any new clothes, and just suffering through the season with last year’s. They do get a bit silly, but the “caring” is the important part.

On the other hand, Kenneth Richard of NoTricksZone notes that:

In 2019, more than 440 scientific papers were published that cast doubt on the position that anthropogenic CO² emissions function as the climate’s control knob…or that otherwise serve to question the efficacy of climate models or the related “consensus” positions commonly endorsed by policymakers and mainstream media sources. The Global Warming Policy Forum (GWPF) asked if droughts are getting worse globally. Figures from the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) show no trend in the proportion of the globe in drought since 1950. See graph.

are droughts getting worseWhat about regionally?

The lack of a global trend disguises changes that have been happening regionally. Some regions have become dryer, and others wetter. The IPCC has noted drought increases in the Mediterranean and West Africa but drought decreases in central North America and northwest Australia. See here for the remainder of the article

And here, Joe Bastardi, pioneer in extreme weather and long range forecasting, comments and visually explains the Australian droughts and wildfires.  He has 3 pictures that make everything clear. You don’t even have to read a bunch of scientific jargon.

And the Polar Bears are not only just fine, but doing very nicely, and multiplying.

One of the climate delusion’s greatest frauds was issued by the Center for Biological Diversity which said “Climate change is drowning and starving polar bears. If greenhouse gas fueled climate change keeps melting their sea ice habitat, an arctic apocalypse will wipe them out in a century – and they will disappear from the United States by 2050.”

This was echoed by the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) which stated in 2013 “Our analyses highlight the potential for large reductions in the global polar bear populations if sea ice loss continues which is forecast by climate models and other studies.”
