The Sky today is mostly a beautiful blue, with scattered clouds at the southern horizon. Been waiting a long time for this! This must sound odd to folks who are accustomed to blue skies for most of the spring and summer. The neighbors just down the hill have let their dogs out to bark for an hour or two. Have no idea why they assume that to be acceptable.I’ve had dogs most of my life, but would never allow anything like that. Just plain bad manners.Because I’ve had dogs most of my life, I haven’t called the city to bellyache, but it’s very tempting! Some dogs are just more “yappy” than other breeds, but it’s usually considered nice to have some consideration for your neighbors.
