Thanks for the link Ace! Welcome Morons!
Even though it’s a commercial for an entirely unrelated product, the visual seems deliciously appropriate. (Plus, it has a good beat and I can dance to it!)
But while everyone is talking about how big Republican victories are going to be, ASSUME NOTHING! Especially if you are in what is usually considered a “blue state”. Reports show that Democrats in blue states are turning out to vote in large numbers, hoping to prevent big Republican gains. Our Washington State Secretary of State for example (one of the only statewide elected Republicans), is predicting record turnout, not just because Republicans are enthused, but because Democrats in this blue state want to be a firewall.
I imagine the same thing is going on in other blue states.
So no matter what you do, DO NOT FAIL to vote. Don’t assume it’s in the bag and that you can skip going to the polls or mailing your ballot in because you’re busy, or because it’s raining and you think your vote isn’t needed. it IS! Indeed, get on the phone and call your friends in blue states, and make sure they vote.
Cynical, crotchety skepticism is your friend!
Republicans not only need to win, but need to win by more than the margin of fraud. And Democrat election fraud is very real. Just ask Dino Rossi, who won the Washington State governor’s race in the first count, the second count, only to have it stolen from him by King County who kept “finding” (read: manufacturing) additional ballots until they had enough for the Democrat to “win”. Same thing happened with Norm Coleman and Al Franken.
Another sobering thought…every vote in states that vote by mail is first handled by unsupervised SEIU Union members before it ever gets to the precinct — postal workers. You know SEIU — Obama’s purple shirted thugs — the ones that have been beating, roughing up and intimidating conservative citizens from coast to coast. The group that has spent millions to elect Democrats. The group that is pushing to get RID of secret ballots in union negotiations so they can intimidate people into voting to unionize.
Makes me feel real safe about vote by mail!
IF you vote by mail, contact your county elections office to verify that your ballot was received and counted. (For example: King County, WA residents can track their ballots here.)
So, no, this election is NOT in the bag. VOTE and call everyone you know, especially your friends and family in states with close elections, and make sure they vote too.
BE the wave!

Nice ad. Reasonable, personable, issue-oriented, non-threatening — this will play well with my fellow wimpy Washingtonians. Truth be told, deep down, they want to vote for Rossi, but voters in this matriarchal state instinctively scurry back into their hidy holes and back under their mossy rocks at the first whiff of anything even remotely resembling testosterone. That’s why mellow Mr. Rossi is the perfect fit, and why it looks like he could well defeat Patty Murray next Tuesday — if everything goes just right.
That’s where Dino can use your help. We need to get every available Rossi supporter to turn in their ballots on time. (We have statewide mail-in voting.) You can help defeat the dumbest Democrat rubber-stamp in the Senate, Patty Murray, by contributing or volunteering for Dino Rossi today.

Republican Dino Rossi appeared on the Kudlow Report recently. Rossi is an outstanding candidate for the United States Senate, running against Patty Murray who first ran in “the year of the woman” whatever that was — as “a mom in tennis shoes.” Perhaps the first and only time that tennis shoes have been considered a qualification for anything except a tennis game. But there you are. She has excelled at being an ineffective senator, and good at useless earmarks. Long a reliable party-line vote (96.5 percent), she voted for ObamaCare and the failed stimulus. She’s usually a little unclear on the details but can echo the party line fairly well. After 18 years in the Senate, they finally let her chair a minor subcommittee, but describe her as being part of the “leadership.”
Washington State needs some serious representation, someone who has some familiarity with the free market and American business, and who understands how jobs are created. You can help him defeat Patty Murray here.

Today is primary day here in Washington State. For those of you reading locally, remember to post-mark your ballots or get to the polls.
It is also the first time former Governor-elect, Dino Rossi, who won the Gubernatorial election here in 2004 on both the first and second counts, will face off against Christine Gregoire, who — by getting liberal courts to change the rules after the fact, over and over and over again — was able to steal the election from Dino Rossi, on the third re-count.
In other words, she accomplished exactly what the Supreme Court stopped Al Gore from doing in Florida.
Unlike the left, I don’t bandy about accusations of stolen elections lightly or without evidence. Every time it was clear Rossi still had enough votes to win, new batches of ballots would spring forth from the ground like weeds in the most heavily Democratic county in the state. The dead were casting ballots. Barack Obama’s “community activist” group ACORN (still funded to this day with your federal tax dollars) was found guilty in the biggest case of electoral fraud in state history.
It truly left a bad taste in your mouth it was so dirty. John Fund of the Wall Street Journal wrote about it fairly extensively, and his assessment was the same as mine.
I’m telling you this because Dino Rossi is a great candidate, a solid, common sense conservative, pro-life, pro-marriage, pro-business, limited government fiscal conservative and he is a Republican who not only can win in a blue-state, but has. An entrepeneur, former member of the state senate Republican leadership, and twice certified as the winner of the gubernatorial election. He is one of the GOP’s real chances to take back a governor’s mansion this fall.
But I have absolutely zero doubt that if the election is close, Democrats will attempt to steal it again. That’s why I’d like to ask you to consider supporting Dino Rossi (no I don’t work for him or anything) if you are looking for good conservative candidates to support.
Radio host Kirby Wilbur, a good guy whom you may have heard filling in for Sean Hannity from time to time, thinks Rossi has such great potential that he could very well end up on a national ticket some day, and I am inclined to agree. But he has to take back the Governorship that was stolen from him first.
And in order to do that, he needs to have a larger margin of victory than he did last time. The polls are close again and his opponent is getting lots of contributions from out of state. Both Barack and Michelle Obama have been here helping her to raise funds, which means they are worried.
So, I thought I would suggest that if you are looking for solid conservatives to support, or if you want to stop Democrats’ electoral shenanigans, which will only spread the more they are allowed to get away with them, then you ought to consider looking over Dino Rossi’s site and perhaps giving him your support. He is just the kind of candidate the GOP needs.
