The Medical staff at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas has been threatened with arrest by a government-contracted security force if they divulge any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp that is housing illegal alien children.
There were several members of the medical staff who wanted to talk about the camps, but the security force from the Baptist Family & Children’s Services made it clear they would be arrested. They ordered us to say nothing. Workers were stripped of their cellphones and other communication devices. Anyone caught with a phone was immediately fired.
The kids had measles, scabies, chicken pox and strep throat and lice. They are contagious, and are overwhelming the system. The counselor said the refugee camp resembled a giant emergency room, off limits to the public. The counselor filed a Child Protective Services report and quit her job. She said the last straw came when camp officials refused to hospitalize several children who were suicidal.
She kept a detailed journal about what happened. Federal agents demanded that she return to the military base and hand over her journal. She declined to do so.
Those who are hoping to join family members are being put on a bus. and ordered to report to ICE in fifteen days.
