The Supreme Court Has Rejected the Texas Case on Vote Fraud by The Elephant's Child

The Supreme Court has rejected the Texas Case on vote fraud, with Alito and Clarence Thomas voting to hear the case. I don’t know if there are other cases filed. If not, we can expect the Democrats to repeat their success, for more permanent control. A majority of Republicans believe there was vote fraud and a surprising segment of Democrats do as well. What is alarming is the efforts of Big Tech to control the narrative. You Tube, a subsidiary of Google, has announced that they will not allow anyone to question the election on their website.

The tech companies are all too new to notice that previously, business made a clear effort to stay out of elections and avoid taking sides, on the simple basis that they saw no benefit to angering half the population But the Tech companies apparently have large segments of their work force who expect the companies they work for to represent their partisan feelings, which I find extremely odd. Politics does not belong in the workplace.

Joe Biden, with his announced nominations for his cabinet is fulfilling all the worries about his ability. Andrew Cuomo as Attorney General? Susan Rice? His picks don’t seem to include qualifications. Pete Buttigieg as Ambassador to Britain? And of course he’s including all those he worked with in the Obama administration, and will make sure that all the racial divisions are represented. Hollywood celebrities are pushing someone who is a Native American, because they are Native American rather than for any normal reason for being qualified. How did we get to this divisive point, and why does the fact that one’s name might be recognizable because they were once in a movie make them qualified to inform the rest of us on all things political? Melinda Gates just objected vigorously to the fact that the Covid virus inoculations would first go to Americans. Explain that one.

Most worrying is that Biden’s “byline” seems to be “Build Back Better” which is the theme for “The Great Reset,” a truly frightening world government idea emanating from the Davos forum, but I have written about that before. Scroll way down, or enter it just above Bob Hope’s head in the sidebar. Trump Derangement Syndrome has gone way too far. Some have lost their connection to the real world, the Constitution, or why we have such an elderly document in the first place.

Christmas gift idea, or stocking-stuffer. Pocket-size constitutions are available from Amazon or the Cato Institute, inexpensive and a valuable desk drawer reference when you can’t remember what that amendment was all about.

Ongoing Efforts to Find out What Happened in the Election. by The Elephant's Child

I have no idea if any of President Trump’s efforts to expose the vast amounts of fraud in the election will bear fruit. A little common sense suggests that it was undoubtedly massive, but scattered. Democrats have spent the last four years trying to demonize, dislodge, destroy, discredit in one way or another, anything that Donald Trump did. There is always partisanship in elections, that’s why there is more than one party. But after the onslaught of attacks over the four years, to assume that the election was clean, fair, and honest defies common sense.

The Obama Administration went to work even before Donald Trump took office, and a summary of their efforts over the four years is startling. It began with claims of Russian association, and grew from that. Hollywood “celebrities” chimed in daily, which gets them brownie points in Lefty Hollywood. There has always been plenty of partisanship, but the effort to destroy Trump and the seething hatred for him has been quite remarkable. In four years, he’s managed to do quite a good job in spite of them. I’ve lived through quite a number of presidential administrations, and this one has been something new and different. He got the economy going again, raised possibilities for Blacks significantly with opportunity zones.

A Chinese virus arrived in the Seattle area was soon identified, and traffic from China was ended promptly. No, Trump was not responsible for the deaths from the virus, but he put in place an effort to understand the disease and find temporary remedies and develop what promise to be successful vaccines in just four years. That is really quite remarkable. Democrats have tried to blame him for each fatality, and encouraged a world of riots, protests and damage to citizens and shop holders. Stores, all kinds of businesses, vehicles, civic buildings, statues mindlessly torn down, race wars, a nationwide temper tantrum, and we are suppose to assume that the recent election was peaceful, fair, and honest? Uh-huh.

That does not mean that the presumed election of Joe Biden can be overturned. We’ll see what happens when the Electoral College meets on December 14, and if Biden is then declared president-elect.

Like many who have never felt it necessary to investigate anything, Biden seems to have swallowed whole the idea that if we don’t do something right now about the climate, we have little time left. The autistic child from Sweden whose job is to enrich her parents, is still a world celebrity. “Environmentalists” are often not the people who know something about the environment, but people who “feel” about the environment. Somewhere I think I still have an entertaining video of some tree-lovers out loving trees. Did you see the news that the Christmas tree arrived at the White House with an owl still tucked in among the branches.? Cute little fellow.

Just Stop All These Unfounded Allegations by The Elephant's Child

Back around the 25th of January, CNN reported that “President Donald Trump could sign an executive order or presidential memorandum initiating an investigation as soon as Thursday. …The investigation would be carried out through the Department of Justice. The move would expand on Trump’s interest in the unproven claims he has made since November’s election alleging millions of illegal votes were cast, without citing any evidence.”

Time magazine reported in July that “President Trump repeated his unfounded allegations of widespread voter fraud Wednesday, and suggested that states not cooperating with his election integrity commission because of their own laws may be somehow involved in untoward electoral behavior.” There are many similar articles that quickly turn up on a search engine.

It’s been a few months, but American Thinker reported today that in Chicago, there were 14,000 more votes in the 2016 election than there were voters. Goodness. Earlier Investors reported that there were 3.5 million more registered voters than there were adults in the U.S.

The Government Accountability Office reported 8,471 cases of double voting, in 21 states, that is, the same person voting more than once.

Rhode Island learned that 20% of their registered voters do not live in the state. That’s 150,000. The Secretary of State in Rhode Island  said “It’s not really fraud —just inaccuracies.”

Well, yes.

Why Did The Democratic South Become Republican?? by The Elephant's Child

I saw another article just today claiming that the President’s Advisory Commission on Election Integrity was a Republican attempt to prevent people of color from voting. One should expect that from the crowd that attacks whatever Republicans say or do with shrieks of “Racist,””Sexist,” etc. etc. They were incensed when the President suggested that there was some vote fraud, denied that any such thing could happen, but of course Trump was right.

His commission was designed to assure that every vote counts, but doesn’t count twice. Progressives resist any such investigation.

The NYT Claims Any Investigation of the Voter Rolls Is Designed to Keep Blacks from Voting And Is Racist, Sexist and Homophobic as Well by The Elephant's Child

President Trump has appointed a Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, which is chaired by Vice President Mike Pence, Republican, co-chaired by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, Republican, and its members include two Democratic secretaries of state, Matthew Dunlap, Maine, and Bill Gardner from New Hampshire — and a Democratic judge, Alan Lamar King, to make sure that the commission is a bipartisan effort to get to the bottom of the issue. One of the principal duties of the Secretary of State is to certify candidates and election results, so the person holding the office plays a key role in determining the result of a close election.

Democrats reacted with anger, complaining that the Commission was hardly needed as our elections were fair and Donald Trump’s suggestion that they weren’t fair was just another wild and false claim from this President.

I don’t know how many remember the “Secretary of State Project” which was an interesting effort by the Democrats.

The Secretary of State Project (SoSP) was established in July 2006 as an independent “527” organization devoted to helping Democrats get elected to the office of secretary of state in selected swing, or battleground states; these were states where the margin of victory in the 2004 presidential election (between George W. Bush and John Kerry) had been 120,000 votes or less. …

The idea for SoSP germinated shortly after the 2004 election, when the Project’s co-founders blamed then Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell, a Republican, for presidential candidate John Kerry’s defeat. To their chagrin, Blackwell had ruled that Ohio (where George W. Bush won by a relatively slim 118,599-vote margin) would not count provisional ballots, even those submitted by properly registered voters, if they had been submitted at the wrong precincts. Though the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit ultimately upheld Blackwell’s decision, SoSP’s founding members nonetheless received Blackwell’s ruling with the same bitterness they had felt regarding former Florida (Republican) Secretary of State Katherine Harris’s handling of the infamous ballot recount in 2000, when Bush defeated Al Gore in the presidential election.

You surely didn’t think that suspicions of vote fraud were something new, did you? Back in 2000, it was the Democrats who were shouting “One man, one vote” and claiming election fraud. By 2006, they were ready to do something about it. The idea was that few people know what a state Secretary of State does, candidates for that office don’t receive a lot of funding, so some comparatively small donations of a few hundred thousand could make sure the Democrat won the office. They set  up a 527 political committee (which allows the group to accept unlimited financing) and succeeded in electing the radical, Alinsky inspired, community organizer Mark Ritchie as Minnesota secretary of state, which paved the way for the stolen election of Al Franken. By the 2010 election the group had run out of steam and become inactive.

Deroy Murdock enumerates some of the proven examples from the 2016 election. Here are a few:

—In May 2016, CBS2 Los Angeles identified 265 dead voters in southern California. Many cast ballots “year after year.”

—The Heritage Foundation’s non-exhaustive survey confirms, since 2000, at least 742 criminal vote-fraud convictions.

—North Carolina announced in April 2014 that 13,416 dead voters were registered, and 81 of them recently had voted. Among 35,750 North Carolinians also registered in other states, 765 voted in November 2012, both inside and outside the Tarheel State.

—South Carolina’s attorney general concluded in January 2012 that 953 people “were deceased at the time of their participation in recent elections.”

—The Public Interest Legal Foundation recently discovered that Virginia removed 5,556 non-citizens from its voter rolls between 2011 and last May. Among these non-Americans, 1,852 had cast a total of 7,474 illegal ballots across multiple elections. But there is no vote fraud.

What made this particularly interesting was an article on the Opinion page of The New York Times, entitled “The Voter Purges Are Coming.

The Trump administration’s election-integrity commission will have its first meeting on Wednesday to map out how the president will strip the right to vote from millions of Americans. It hasn’t gotten off to the strongest start: Its astonishing request last month that each state hand over voters’ personal data was met with bipartisan condemnation. Yet it is joined in its efforts to disenfranchise citizens by the immensely more powerful Justice Department.

The requested lists are the public lists of actual voters required to be maintained by Secretaries of State, and the implication that they are personal and private is once again “fake news.” The inquiry into whether or not actual voters are legal voters is proper and needed. Democrats, who are always involved in any vote fraud they can get away with, form sanctuary cities where the presence of illegal aliens who are not able to vote, nevertheless are counted in the census, which controls how many representatives a state has. Enough illegals present may get the state another House seat. Democrats are apt to vote in the state where they live and the state where they have a vacation home as well. College students may vote in the state where they go to school, and in their home state as well. And illegal aliens do vote, using false or stolen Social Security numbers. Any attempt to eliminate vote fraud will be met with claims that Republicans are racist, sexist, homophobes, bigots, etc. etc., who are trying to cheat honest people out of the right to vote.

Do read the NYT screed, and notice that it comes from the president and chief executive of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human rights, and who was a head of the civil rights division of the Justice Department in the Obama administration. Any attempt to clean up the voter rolls will be met with anger, accusations, ugly names, and complete denial of any possibility of voter fraud at any time and anywhere.

Is the Election Rigged? Is it Unacceptable to Ask? by The Elephant's Child

voters-vote-in-a-voting-b-007After the second debate, several prominent conservative sites again had the vapors. Donald Trump suggested that the votes were rigged, and to suggest any such thing was just beyond the pale. How dare he suggest a rigged vote!

After this third debate, we had the same thing. Donald Trump refused to state flatly that he would accept the results of the vote, and it was another hissy fit. He is suggesting… How dare he…. Madison and Jefferson would…

At the same time. James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas has some Democrat activists, notably  one Scott Foval, deputy political director at People for the American Way, saying they had been busing people in from other states to vote illegally, for fifty years. They “manipulated the vote” and devised extensive methods of avoiding suspicion. (If  you have not watched the two videos, you should.) After the videos were released, Scott Foval and Bob Creamer were fired. It was noticed that Bob Creamer had visited the White House 342 times. To talk to whom? A Wikileaks Podesta email says it’s OK for illegal aliens to vote if they have a driver’s license. The top election official in Indiana says she has found thousands more incidents of what she characterized as potential “voter fraud.” Several states have noted dead people voting. New Yorkers who have a second home in Florida end up voting in both states. But suggesting a rigged vote is unacceptable?

Republicans have tried to clear up suspicions of vote fraud by requiring photo ID to vote. You cannot enter the Justice building without photo ID, buy an airline ticket, write a check, open a bank account  or visit the doctor, but the very suggestion that you should have photo ID to vote, elicits screams of “Racism” from the Democrats.

So please explain why it is supposed to be shocking that Donald Trump would suggest that the media is rigging the election, or that failing to say he would immediately accept the results of the election is beyond question, and unacceptable.

Here in Washington State we have been forced to accept a mail-in ballot system, one that most poll watchers say is most ripe for fraud. That came after there was a huge scandal when Christine Gregoire was elected on the third re-count after a new package of ballots was found in a back room somewhere or other. We have seen  years when, gosh, those military ballots just didn’t get back from overseas in time to be counted.

Each of us American citizens have a single vote, and we really want it to be counted. It is inconceivable that some people just don’t bother voting. And we really do expect a clean and fair election.

Finally — Proof of Death! by The Elephant's Child

Finally — Proof of Death

There is finally conclusive evidence that Osama bin Laden and Muammar Gaddafi are dead.

Yesterday, they both registered as Democrats to vote in Chicago.

Thanks for the link Ace! Welcome Morons!

Even though it’s a commercial for an entirely unrelated product, the visual seems deliciously appropriate. (Plus, it has a good beat and I can dance to it!)

But while everyone is talking about how big Republican victories are going to be, ASSUME NOTHING! Especially if you are in what is usually considered a “blue state”. Reports show that Democrats in blue states are turning out to vote in large numbers, hoping to prevent big Republican gains. Our Washington State Secretary of State for example (one of the only statewide elected Republicans), is predicting record turnout, not just because Republicans are enthused, but because Democrats in this blue state want to be a firewall.

I imagine the same thing is going on in other blue states.

So no matter what you do, DO NOT FAIL to vote. Don’t assume it’s in the bag and that you can skip going to the polls or mailing your ballot in because you’re busy, or because it’s raining and you think your vote isn’t needed. it IS! Indeed, get on the phone and call your friends in blue states, and make sure they vote.

Cynical, crotchety skepticism is your friend!

Republicans not only need to win, but  need to win by more than the margin of fraud. And Democrat election fraud is very real. Just ask Dino Rossi, who won the Washington State governor’s race in the first count, the second count, only to have it stolen from him by King County who kept “finding” (read: manufacturing) additional ballots until they had enough for the Democrat to “win”. Same thing happened with Norm Coleman and Al Franken.

Another sobering thought…every vote in states that vote by mail is first handled by unsupervised SEIU Union members before it ever gets to the precinct — postal workers. You know SEIU — Obama’s purple shirted thugs — the ones that have been beating, roughing up and intimidating conservative citizens from coast to coast. The group that has spent millions to elect Democrats. The group that is pushing to get RID of secret ballots in union negotiations so they can intimidate people into voting to unionize.

Makes me feel real safe about vote by mail!

IF you vote by mail, contact your county elections office to verify that your ballot was received and counted. (For example: King County, WA residents can track their ballots here.)

So, no, this election is NOT in the bag. VOTE and call everyone you know, especially your friends and family in states with close elections, and make sure they vote too.

BE the wave!

Desperate Democrats Cheating from Coast to Coast by American Elephant

From massive registration fraud, to disenfranchising military votes, to backing spoiler candidates and more, Democrats are pulling every dirty trick they can think of to hold on to as many seats as possible. And these are just the stories we know about. Vote fraud is inherently difficult to catch, so if we are hearing about this many cases already, you can bet there is a great deal more fraud going undiscovered.

This is why we all need to volunteer to help get out the Republican vote. It’s very simple: we need to get SO many Republicans out to vote, that there simply aren’t any close elections. It’s the close elections that Democrats try to steal. Just ask George Bush, Dino Rossi or Norm Coleman. We can’t just win, we have to win by more than the margin of fraud.

You can volunteer to help your Republican candidate, or (if your local race isn’t competitive) OTHER vulnerable Republican candidates by going here, or by calling your local GOP.  Volunteering is extremely easy. They give you a script, and tell you everything you need to do. Most campaigns are looking for people to call Republican voters and remind them to get their ballots in, go door to door at houses they have pegged as likely Republican leaners to ask if they plan to vote, and they are looking for people to poll watch on election day to prevent/record/and object to Democrat cheating.

A HUGE hat tip to Michelle Malkin, Gateway Pundit, and Hot Air for finding the vast majority of these stories. I just wanted to put them all together in one place. I will try to update this post as new stories come in. Be sure to send us tips if you see stories that aren’t reported here.

ACORN Admits It’s the Vote-Fraud Arm of the Democrat Party by American Elephant

And they’re still very much open for business:

The radical activist group ACORN “works” for the Democratic Party and deliberately promotes election fraud, ACORN employees told FBI investigators, according to an FBI document dump Wednesday.

The documents obtained by Judicial Watch, a watchdog group, are FBI investigators’ reports related to the 2007 investigation and arrest of eight St. Louis, Mo., workers from ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate for violation of election laws. All eight employees involved in the scandal later pleaded guilty to voter registration fraud.

Project Vote is ACORN’s voter registration arm. Project Vote continues to operate despite the reported dissolution of the national structure of ACORN.

The handwritten reports by FBI agents show that ACORN employees reported numerous irregularities in the nonprofit group’s business practices.

One employee told the FBI that ACORN headquarters is “wkg [working] for the Democratic Party.”

According to one report, an ACORN employee said the purpose of “[f]raudulent cards” was “[t]o cause confusion on election day to keep polls open longer,” “[t]o allow people who can’t vote to vote,” and “[t]o allow to vote multiple times. [Emphasis Mine. Read the whole thing]

And while the Democrat’s vote fraud operation continues unabated, the other arms of ACORN that were forced to disband are already opening their doors again under new names.

Naturally, the corrupt Attorney General, Eric Holder, still has no interest in investigating the vote-fraud arm of the Democrat party, and the shake-down artists who bear a great deal of responsibiligy for creating the very “toxic assets” that brought down the economy. The same group to which his boss, Obama has such long-standing ties.

I don’t trust Eric Holder to investigate this scandal, I think congress must appoint an independent investigator.

Democrat Vote Fraud Triple Play by American Elephant

Welcome Michelle Malkin readers! We hope while you’re here, you’ll
take a moment and have a look around and tell us what you think.

We’re very familiar with Barack Obama’s ACORN here in Washington state. Members of that organization were indicted on felony charges for the largest case of voter registration fraud in state history. ACORN workers have been convicted in numerous other states too. (Remember, this is the same ACORN to which the Obama campaign was caught hiding an $800,000 payment, the same ACORN that for decades has been pushing lenders to dole out the very kind of high risk loans that got us where we are today, and the same ACORN which Democrats have long subsidized with your tax dollars).

And the very same ACORN which, yet again, has been raided in yet another voter fraud probe.

LAS VEGAS (AP) – Nevada state authorities are raiding the Las Vegas headquarters of an organization that works to get low-income people to vote. A Nevada secretary of state’s office spokesman said Tuesday that investigators are looking for evidence of voter fraud at the office of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also called ACORN. [read more]

In related news, Obama supporters in battleground Ohio are ferrying the homeless, drug addicts, and who knows who else to polls where Ohio law allows them to register to vote and cast a ballot at the same time, with no proof of residency required.

CLEVELAND – Volunteers supporting Barack Obama picked up hundreds of people at homeless shelters, soup kitchens and drug-rehab centers and drove them to a polling place yesterday on the last day that Ohioans could register and vote on the same day, almost no questions asked.

The huge effort by a pro-Obama group, Vote Today Ohio, takes advantage of a quirk in the state’s elections laws that allows people to register and cast ballots at the same time without having to prove residency.

Republicans have argued that the window could lead to widespread voter fraud because officials wouldn’t have an opportunity to verify registration information before ballots were cast. [read more]

That’s what Democrats count on. “Count every vote,” they say. Whether or not the vote is legitimate is not something they are particularly concerned with.

And lastly, news out of Connecticut that 8,500 dead people remain registered to vote in that state; where at least 300 appear to have voted since meeting their demise.

State officials blamed “clerical errors” for the 300 discrepancies uncovered by the students in April and say the ensuing review has found no evidence of fraud.

No, you didn’t read that wrong. Dead people are voting, and election officials, who just happen to be Democrats, see no evidence of fraud.

“While we want to remove dead people from the rolls, we don’t want to be overzealous and disenfranchise people,” Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz told the Courant. [read more]

When Barack Obama recently said, “John McCain has no idea what he’s up against,” he really wasn’t kidding.

Now we know what “community organizers” do.

UPDATE: Laugh in the face of the dead — and their ballots! The “Dawn of the Democrats” design is now available on t-shirts, buttons and stickers, for men, women and kids in numerous styles and colors at our online store. And don’t worry, since its Democrats, its a shirt that you will be able to wear for many elections to come!

Supreme Court Rejects Democrats Attempts to Protect Vote Fraud by American Elephant

Supreme Court of the United States of America

The Supreme Court has rejected Democrats ridiculous claims that requiring voters to show identification, proving they are actually entitled to vote, is somehow unfair to minorities, the elderly or the poor. The 6-3 decision upholds an Indiana law intended to prevent vote fraud.

The Indiana law was passed in 2005. Democrats and civil rights groups opposed it as unconstitutional and called it a thinly veiled effort to discourage groups of voters who tend to prefer Democrats.

Yes, a thinly veiled effort to discourage illegal aliens, dead people, pets, comic book characters, convicted felons aka “groups who prefer Democrats.”
